I changed the variable as you mentioned. and the OC MCP lit up for approximately 5 seconds and then went blank again.
The PMDG 737ngx is the latest version according to the PMDG Operation Center.

MCP works for 2 seconds then goes blank[SOLVED]
The MCP in my PMDG 737NGX (Version D) will light up for 2-3 seconds then go dark. If i use the mouse to turn a dial on the PMDG MCP, my opencockpit MCP V2 will light up again and work, as long as i continue to make inputs. once i stop making inputs into the OC MCP, it will go blank again.
