Thanks for your reply. Problem solved, it has nothing to do with OC4BAv4, it was a SIOC problem. I run the SIOC.exe individually and it returned the same error, I was running the SIOC_60B8. I reverted to the Sioc_51B2 and everything is up and running again.

I doubled ckecked the installation, I have the option to see the files extensions visible in my OS (W10 x64), it says .ini, but still no success.

After starting the module with SHIFT_CNTRL_O I get the attached error.

As stated in the readme file I have modified the .ini to match my MCP V2.
