Do you have the latest
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 installed?

Hi.
I have the exact same problem with my OC4BA after reinstalling P3D.
There is no entry in the Addon-Menu and if I click the active cockpit I get the side-by-side error (see below).
Did you find a solution for this problem?

I'm running P3d v4.1 with OC4BA 4.4 and SIOC5.0

Thanks in advance
Martin

************** JIT-Debuggen **************

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

Check this

if you have crash issues with OC4BAv4 read this flightsim4fun forum message
viewtopic.php?f=15&t=373

If you are using Prepar3D and see the following error message:

"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect "

Navigate to P3D’sredist/Interface/FSX-SP2-XPACK/retail/lib folder and run SimConnect.msi
