PopOut Displays as WebApi

definitly we need the PFD and ND as WebApi, that we can remote access to the Displays without PopOut the Displays and have this massive Framedrops. So, if anyone can build this, i want to pay them.

This is not a trivial task. One thing is to create WebApi but it has to interact with internal PMDG 737 system code that is not publish in any SDK.

But, if someone would try to solve it, he/she is welcomed.
