right start switch servo motor on the ovh does not work[SOLVED]

hello,

I have just baught an used OVH panel where the right start switch servomotor does not work. (it will not open or flip the switch back in the sim) But I can move the motor by the sioc monitor, so I therefor know the motor and wiring is working. The left start switch motor works as it should in the sim, I have just problem with the right one.

I use the normal script: oi4fs-pm b737 v6.1, and please see in the picture how I have configured it in the oi4fs. I have not done any changes to the script.

Hi,

As the servo installations and their calibration are not the same on every OVH-FWD panel, there is a need to have a slightly different script code for the some.

***This special script file is now deleted***

Unzip to the SIOC folder and change the PMDG B737.ini so it uses this new script.

Hi Roar, please could I have a copy of the special script which you made available to Tom for his lower ovh panel engine start switches. I have used the Sioc Monitor and the switch servo motors work perfectly. They are stationary until starter cutout whereupon they move the switch to off but then continue turning through 360 degrees and do not stop turning. I am sure my error is in the script. I do not have this script available anylonger. Try to contact Tom and have him send you the script(if possible).

As almost every OVH build is a little different, I am not sure it will work with your OVH.

I find it strange that your servo turns 360 degress.



Try to search OVH ENG servo here at the Forum and find a lot of topics about the OVH ENG servoes
