MCP works for 2 seconds then goes blank[SOLVED]

The MCP in my PMDG 737NGX (Version D) will light up for 2-3 seconds then go dark. If i use the mouse to turn a dial on the PMDG MCP, my opencockpit MCP V2 will light up again and work, as long as i continue to make inputs. once i stop making inputs into the OC MCP, it will go blank again. The Captain side OC EFIS works just fine. Basically the MCP will not stay lit up nor functioning for more then 2-3 seconds. I have attempted to move the USB input in order to get a lower ID # but that doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions on how to keep the MCP functioning

You are sure you have the very latest PMDG version ( check in PMDG Operation Center)
Try also to check in IOCPConsole if the Var MCP_POWER_ON = 1 all the time.

I changed the variable as you mentioned. and the OC MCP lit up for approximately 5 seconds and then went blank again.
The PMDG 737ngx is the latest version according to the PMDG Operation Center.

Could you have IOCPConsole with LOg on and copy the Log content and send it. The Log should be on before and after the displays go blank, so I can see what is happening with all variables.

Hi, I have the same problem as him, I tried your suggestion but it can't fix it, I have the newest PMDG and OC4bv4 soft (using updater). I tried B737 and B777 and the problem is same.
I have PMDG 737, 777, 747 v3
Prepar3d v4
MCP v2
here is log that catched before it goes blank and after.

Can you tell me the version numbers you have of the PMDG airplanes and the OC4BAv4 software.

OC4BAv4 is 4.4.0.0
PMDG 737NGX is 1.20.8465
PMDG 777 is 1.10.8448
PMDG 747v3 is 3.00.8466

OK, versions are correct.
If MCP goes black, but OCP4NGX driver is still running.
Open IOCPConsole and check if pushing a button on the MCP is shown..
If you have a correct installation of both SIOC and OC4BAv4 I would try to connect your MCP to another USB port and checking your power.
