OpenCockpits MCP_v3 problem[SOLVED]

Hi folks,
i'm new to SIOC, so there may be a simple solution to my problem as described below.
I'm running the EADT x737 on XP11.11, on a Windows10 PC, and have bought the OC MCP v3 module, and the OC4BA_XP_v1.21.
My xplane folder is on the desktop.I've installed the OC4B files into a SIOC folder in the /resources/plugins folder of Xplane.
The SIOC v5.1B2 has been installed, into a folder called SIOC.
I've edited the xplane.ini to show the correct device port number.
Nothing happens on the MCP when I start xplane and key shift*ctrl*O, none of the controls or indicators function.
When I run siocmonitor.exe it finds the MCP, and when I connect to it the monitor shows the changes when I press buttons and switches.
When I start sioc.exe, I get the following screen

Any ideas?
Is the SIOC folder location ok? Do I need to modify the sioc.ini file as well as the xplane.ini? Is there any need to have a FSUIPC, which is mentioned as being unlinked?
Hopefully there's something simple I have missed.
I'd appreciate any inputs.

As stated to you in a PM you have not done the installation as described in the documentation.

Hi Roar, thanks for your PM feedback.
So, I uninstalled the OC4BA, and reinstalled as suggested, into its own folder in the plugins.
Still not working, although sioc.exe and siocmonitor.exe both see it. It may be that your documentation isn't quite specific enough for a SIOC neophyte like myself!
It wasn't clear to me whether SIOC should be installed to its own folder within plugins, or just into the plugins folder, so I did the former.
See the revised directory structure below.
Is there anything obviously wrong?

My language is not English so the doc could be unclear. But, please pinpoint me to where it is not clear enough so I can correct the doc.

This is the text now with my "What to do" is between the " --- ":

1. Run OC4BA_XP_v1.2 Setup and MAKE SURE you install into SIOC folder.
"This means that all OC4BA should end up in SIOC folder"
Within the installer you are asked to select XPLANEs plugin folder
"This means that you should select XPLAN's plugin folder"

2. Go to SIOC folder and open XPLANE.ini with Notepad and modify the USB port numbers (last digits in the list below) for Opencockpits
modules that are connected to your PC. The last digits you shall modify to, can be found in the Devices window when you run SIOC.exe.

Last lines of the XPLANE.ini before modification is showing rksoftware :

Doing this correctly will have all OC4BA files in the SIOC folder

Sure, will be happy to suggest wording, see below .
So, I did as you suggested, and it looks like everything is now working. Great.
A question - my next purchase will be the OC EFIS panel - do you supply software which will run this on the EADT x737, or will I need to change to a different 737?

Suggested text, to replace point 1. of your doc:
1. The SIOC files should be located in their own folder, called "SIOC", within the Xplane "Plugins" folder.
All of the OC4BA files should end up in this SIOC folder.
Consequently, run OC4BA_XP_v1.21 Setup, and when asked for the destination folder, select the SIOC folder.

I suggest that you change your B737 airplane to the default modified B737 in XPLANE11.
The modified B737 is called zibo and can be downloaded from here. It gets improved all the time.

OC4BA_XP supports MCP, EFIS1, EFIS2, COM1, COM2, NAV1, NAV2 and ATC
