SIOC version 6 with OC4BA_XP

The problem when using the latest SIOC version 6 with OC4BA_XP is now history, but you will need
an updated OC4BA_XP.exe file.

To get this updated OC4BA_XP.exe file, send an email to roarksp@gmail.com and request the file.
