Use latest SIOC v7.03 with Windows OS Fall Edition 1809

The latest Window OS update to FALL Edition 1809 has created crash problems with SIOC v6 and OC4BAv4 which is dependent of a working SIOC, will therefore not run either.
What to do:
Download and install latest SIOC version from Opencockpits.com
Download link to SIOC v7.03.B2 or later:
