So... Any word on when we will get a new module for PMDG's new bird :)

I mean it's been out for at least a few hours now LOL!

Thank you!

I am out travelling at the moment, so I can't check and test the new NGXu.

Hopefully, it should work directly as it is, without any need for modification and/or updates.

Can someone test and check?

I just bought the new NGXu and after looking into its SDK, I can now confirm that the OCP4NGX driver for the NGX will not work with the NGXu.

I need to update the OC4BAv4 main program so it can handle both NGX airplane types. A new OCP4NGXu driver needs to be developed as well.

Hopefully, I can look into this over the weekend.

Expect an updated OC4BAv5 with an additional driver for the NGXu early next week or during the weekend

Also, expect a small update fee for OC4BAv5 in the range of 10 Euros.

Awesome on all accounts. Safe travels and I would expect this to be a paid product as I could tell myself that nothing from the original was working so there was going to be some work to get a new version ready.
Thank you!

Thank you for the quick turn around, really looking forward to this!

I haven't bought NGXu but I do plan to. Can anyone confirm what 2d panels work with NGXu? it says it's very limited but I need at least the PFD, NAV and CDU for Captain and FO.

Hope to get the NGXu driver out today or tomorrow.

It is not only making the new driver, but it is also building it into OC4BA which will be updated to version v5.
The OC4BAv5 will include drivers for NGX to be used in P3Dv4 and FSX/FSX-SE and the new NGXu for P3Dv4.

The new NGXu airplane allows all MIP displays to be undocked, and also CDU and CDU displays by modifying the panel.cfg file.

I do not see any 2D for OVH-FWD and OVH-AFT.

Thank you! All great news. Looking forward to upgrading and yeah overhead 2d panels are not necessary for my sim. Thanks for the clarification.
