No Options.ini file? (Solved)

Hi Roar, my PMDG 737NGXu does not have an \PMDG\PMDG 737 NGXu\737NGXu_Options.ini file? Is that correct?

You are not the only one having this issue.

I have asked about this in the PMDG forum and the answer I got was that the file is created after or during the first flight of the NGXu.

Have you had any flights( started P3Dv4 and selected an NGXu and test flying it) yet?
If yes, and still no file. Where is P3Dv4 installed? Full folder path?

Yes, that screenshot was after I've done a few flights and f:\Prepar3dv4 is the folder........

Just "deleted" my Options.ini and took a test flight. It didn't created the file . So the answer from PMDG is wrong.

here is content of my file, open notepad and create a 737NGXu:Options.ini with this text and save to correct folder. Save it as an ini file, not txt file.

Test now.

I've done that but now my yoke and rudders do not work, they are "seen" in the calibration page but do not work.......

Report issue to PMDG via a support ticket.

It is not an OC4BAv5 issue, but an NGXu issue.

Also try to make change in the FMS Options file.

I believe it is created after the first change.

For me it was the same. No file. I created the file manually and added the setting. Then after changing options with fmc the file was updated with all the settings.

Hi Twisted8, thanks for that, I did as you suggested and I now have an options.ini file! The only problem now is that although all my controls are picked up and calibrate perfectly, my CH rudder pedals and Saitek yoke no longer work........ any ideas?
