Suggestions for FStarter24

If I may, I'd like to suggest a touchup change to FStarter24 for us older simmers who are losing visual acuity in our advancing age.

Would it be possible to make the red dot on the runways and the text next to them a larger? It would be a great help. Thanks/

Here is a new FStarter24 build with bigger runway markers and ToolTips font size set to 14 for better readability.
Next update will let user set his preferred font size for marker Tooltips.
Download and unzip to FStarter24 directory over old exe.
